In the last 20 years, photography has entered an entirely new realm with the transition to the digital world. Effects that were impossible before are now within the artist’s reach! It is definitely an exciting time as this digital revolution is probably the biggest single advance in photography since the invention of roll film brought photography to the general public.

Bill has been working in the realm of digital photography for close to 20 years now starting back when the majority of photography was still done with film!

He was the first VPPA member to enter a digitally manipulated image in its annual print competition.
